Our drivers are front loaded funds based on mileage to cover expenses encountered during their trip. All reasonable expenses are reconciled with receipts at the conclusion of the trip and a reimbursement amount is calculated based on predefined formulas of our accountable expense plan.

For our Over-the-Road service delivery professionals, it is important to always work with our dispatch logistics team to plan the most cost and time efficient way to arrive at the pick up point and to exit the delivery point. The travel may utilize on e or more methods including taxi, local bus service, train, rental car, or another Amerifleet team member that is in proximity to your pick up or delivery location. The costs associated with transportation services are part of the Expense Funds that are loaded on each trip. Receipts are required for any money that is spent and special consideration and planning is taken for remote locations. Asking for one of our clients for a ride is strictly prohibited and is not allowed. The commitment to our client is that we will pick up and drop off their vehicles without involving them in the travel of our employees and that all travel will be pre-arranged prior to our arrival to minimize the time we spend at our clients’ home, office or facility.
